An important facet of planning a school or youth event is advertising and publicity. Within the school, printed flyers are still very much the norm. However, to reach an outside audience, planners must utilize a different set of tools. In the first of many time-saving tools, I've put together a collection of links for online submission to Bay Area newspapers. You'll find these links on the main menu. The first set is for major news media, typically daily subscription newspapers, radio, and television. A second set of city newspapers and community radio links will follow.
